Who we are

This website does not include forms or user accounts. If you choose to contact us by email or phone, you may provide information such as your name, contact details, business details, and information about your tax or accounting situation, including any HMRC references you share.

How enquiries are used

Information you send us is used to:

• reply to your enquiry and explain how we can help;
• carry out any accounting or tax work you engage us for;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists you have not asked to join.

Email communication

If you email us, we will normally reply by email. Please only send the information needed for your enquiry; if we take you on as a client, we will let you know the best way to share more detailed records securely.

Cookies and analytics

This website is a simple static site. It does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to explain what is used and why.

How long information is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. If you become a client, records are kept in line with our professional and legal record-keeping obligations, and deleted when no longer required.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected, and in some circumstances to have it deleted.
